Art has been a part of my life since before I can remember, and I am always finding a new story to tell.

Even as a kid, I wanted to be an artist and create for a living. I was born and raised in Long Beach as the youngest in a family of four. Having grown up with a seamstress and ballet teacher for a mom, I was always invested in the arts and was, luckily, heavily supported in my interests by my family. Art was my safe haven and my creative outlet for whatever came my way.
Similar to many others my age, I struggle with mental health issues of which art helps me cope with. I have dealt with intense anxiety my whole life as well as bouts of depression throughout the years. Through drawing and storytelling, I was able to express and vent my emotions in a safe environment and find a passion for art that led me to now.
In college, there was no question as to what I would study and I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in May of 2025. During my years in school, I found a community to explore my gender and sexual identity, finding myself as a queer transman and growing more confident in who I am. Such discoveries led me to be more brave and risky in art and unveil my own voice as an artist. As I learn more through other artists and my own exploration, I continue to refine my skills and find new and unique ways to express the stories I wish to tell. My dream is for my art to help those feeling isolated as I did and to see themselves in my stories, and potentially inspire them to create as well.
